Collection Tips for Tower Hamlets

Helpful information to ensure a smooth same-day collection in your area.

High-Rise Access

If you live in a Canary Wharf or Isle of Dogs tower block, book the goods lift at least 24 hours before your collection. This ensures our team can move items efficiently without delays.

Parking in Bethnal Green & Whitechapel

Most streets in E1 and E2 have weekday CPZ restrictions. Weekend collections often work best here as restrictions tend to be lighter on Saturdays and Sundays.

Market Day Awareness

Collections near Brick Lane or Columbia Road are best scheduled early in the morning or late in the afternoon on market days to avoid road closures and congestion.

Gather Items Beforehand

Have all items ready near the front door or in one room. Our crew charges by volume, so the quicker we load, the less time the job takes and the lower your cost.

Same-Day Rubbish Removal FAQ - Tower Hamlets

Yes, we regularly collect from high-rise buildings across Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs. Our teams are experienced with goods lifts, concierge access, and building management requirements. We recommend booking the goods lift in advance for smoother collection.

We offer same-day collection throughout Tower Hamlets. Book early in the day and we can usually collect the same afternoon across all E1, E2, E3, and E14 postcodes, subject to availability.

Prices start from £45 for a single item, and an average household load (about 25 bags) is £120. We price by volume, not by item, so you only pay for the space your rubbish takes in our vehicle.

Absolutely. We regularly serve restaurants, shops, and offices around Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, and Commercial Street. We can work around your business hours and handle commercial waste responsibly.

We collect virtually everything — furniture, appliances, mattresses, garden waste, office equipment, electronics, and general household rubbish. We don't collect hazardous waste such as asbestos, paint or chemicals, or clinical waste; these need a licensed specialist carrier.

We're experienced with Tower Hamlets' parking restrictions, including the CPZ zones around Whitechapel and Bethnal Green. Our drivers know where to safely stop, and we work quickly to minimise any disruption.

Clearing a Building Job in Tower Hamlets?

Rubble, broken tiles, plasterboard and timber are priced by weight rather than by the load, and they need a different vehicle from a normal same-day collection. If your clearance is mostly construction material, start there instead – the quote will be more accurate and usually cheaper.
