We disconnect water supply and waste hoses, cap off pipes, and mop up any residual water. If your washing machine is plumbed into a hard connection, we handle that too. Machines are tipped back to drain remaining water before carrying them out.
Fridge & Freezer Degassing
All cooling appliances contain refrigerant gases regulated under the F-gas Regulation. Our certified technicians safely recover these gases before the unit goes for recycling. This applies to fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, and American-style units.
Oven & Cooker Removal
Electric ovens need disconnecting from the mains – if hardwired, this should be done by a qualified electrician before we arrive. For gas cookers, the gas supply must be capped off by a Gas Safe registered engineer beforehand. We handle the physical removal and disposal.
